MOULTRIE MR APT 3- NORTHGATE

My family has been living here going on 5 years. It was great the first few years, but not so much the last few. It amazes me how so many selfish, non common sense people can live in one place. They constantly speed through the complex going way over the 10 miles posted signs. We have a autistic son, and we don't feel like it is safe for him around here. They drive thru blaring their music at all hours. They will walk right past your windows, instead of on the sidewalks. The city comes and dumps the dumpsters anywhere from 1:00 am to 4:00am and it is loud. Most people don't follow the pool rules such as no food, music, smoking, acting obnoxious. There are several more things in the agreement that aren't enforced. I honestly believe no one reads the rental agreement, because all of these things are in it , I know, because I did read it. I have complained many times and sometimes they will be addressed by notes on our doors from management, but they rarely do any good. It has gotten to the point where it's like, why bother. It really isn't taken seriously and we don't have the patience for it anymore. We had planned on staying here longer, but we just aren't happy here anymore. We are just tired of all the nonsense. If all that kind of stuff doesn't bother you, then you would probably be happy here, but for us, we are OUT- ASAP!

A magnificent place to live, especially if you have children. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and at the same time there's plenty of space for children to play freely. Jennifer does a great job of hiring respectable and hardworking neighbors.

This place is amazing. Mrs Jennifer and Mrs Jennie are always on top of things. It’s a very peaceful environment and affordable. I look forward to staying several years. If I could buy my apartment I would stay forever. Only way I’ll leave is once my wife and I buy our home!

I've lived here the last 4 years and have enjoyed it. It has its quirks like any apartment might, but overall its been a comfortable and safe place to live.

The ladies in the office are kind and helpful, for the time I spent here I enjoyed it and would definitely stay another year.
