Mt. Carmel Community, LLC

My mom has lived in the independent cottages for the past several years and loved it. The social interaction while still maintaining some independence was perfect. The time recently came for her to transition to assisted living. She is loving being there where she can stay inside the building to go to meals and activities. Thank you so much to Cindy Rodriguez for her assistance in arranging the move and handling my scheduling snafu like a pro. Thanks to Tim for his help making her feel “at home” in both places. The staff is encouraging and helpful. I highly recommend the Benton Mt Carmel Retirement Community.

I recently visited a dear friend here and I was so impressed by the warm and caring environment. The staff was professional and attentive, not just to my friend, but to all the residents I observed during my visit. The facility felt clean and welcoming, with a positive atmosphere. A highlight of my visit was joining my friend for lunch. We had the smothered pork chops, and they were absolutely delicious – truly a taste of home cooking! It's clear that the quality of the meals here is a priority. So happy my friend loves living here,I can see and taste why!!

We are incredibly thankful for the team and community at Mt. Carmel Assisted Living. Knowing that my mom is surrounded by people who genuinely care for her has given us such such peace. The staff goes above and beyond — not just meeting her needs, but treating her with kindness, dignity, and compassion every single day. It’s a rare gift to feel completely at ease when a loved one needs extra support, and Mt. Carmel has given us exactly that. We rest easy knowing she is safe, cared for, and truly loved. We couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful community.

Mt Carmel is a beautiful community with a top tier Administrator. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her. Her compassion for seniors is truly amazing. You can't go wrong choosing this community for your loved ones. They really bring the FUN to the residents.

My mom is in assisted living at Mt. Carmel! Everyone is so nice and helpful - from the dining room/kitchen staff to the nurses, CNAs (special shout out to Michael and Joann), wellness director, Pam (the new head director), and Cindy (the first person we met who showed us around... she still answers my texts when I am unsure who else to contact). I visit my mom every day, but I don't have to worry about her at all when I'm not there. Great staff, beautiful facility, fun activities, and a gorgeous courtyard!
