My Grandfather lives here at KindCare and the services & care they provide for him are above and beyond. It is truly a place a couldn’t recommend more to others considering assisted living for loved ones. The food is great & the staff here are amazing at what they do. They communicate very well and are extremely helpful for my family. My Grandfather & the rest of the family couldn’t be happier overall.

As a family member of a resident in the Memory Care unit at KindCare Naugatuck and frequent visitor I am happy to share my review. Understandably, it is a new facility, and it will take time to be at full capacity. It was a difficult decision to move my husband out of my home and into a facility. It has now been over a month, and I am very happy with my choice to go with KindCare. The name says it all. My husband is treated with kindness by all members of the staff. He seems very comfortable and relaxed with his caregivers. The caregivers are amazing, handling multiple tasks for residents always with a smile and at the same time focusing on resident safety. The director plans activities to engage residents throughout the day and as busy as it is someone makes a point of sharing a photo or two of residents participating in these activities through the private app Sagely. All of the television programs and music choices are carefully selected to promote a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The nurses are patient providing medications, and one nurse picked up on an issue that my husband was not able to communicate. Although the memory care unit is separate from the assisted living part of the building the staff is rotated at times. The building itself is beautiful. The lobby is lovely and welcoming and the same can be said for the rest of the building. The support services, dining, and building maintenance personnel, office staff, including the receptionists are always pleasant and friendly taking time out to speak to the residents when they are in the unit. The dining director plans menus that are varied, and the food is very good. There is a sense of community throughout the building. My husband and I have attended a few of the activities so far, and many of the staff members are there to help out. The Thanksgiving celebration a week earlier than the holiday was a great idea, and the meal was delicious! I highly recommend KindCare if you are looking for a high quality assisted living or memory care facility.

My family and I have been very happy with the care my grandmother receives here. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hospitality is wonderful. Everyone is welcoming and goes out of their way to make residents feel comfortable. Communication has also been great; we’re always kept informed and feel confident she is in good hands. We truly appreciate the work they do.

We’ve been so happy with the care from all the staff at KindCare of Naugatuck. Moving my mom from Arizona to here in CT was a huge decision and we are confident we made the right one for her needs. The staff is loving and very caring. They assist her with her daily needs and take the time to sit with her and make sure she feels at home and apart of the community there. We would recommend KindCare to anyone who is looking for a place to call home for their loved ones.

Not honest when telling you prices etc - I was weeks away, after waiting 7 months for it to finished and ready and was told a much larger price PLUS a $4500.00 fee for something while they knew for months what I got and could afford each month..now I’m desperately trying to find something else, even a apartment but there’s waiting lists or prices out of my range. I wouldn’t recommend unless you get prices in writing ahead of time instead of being surprised and upset like I was. To me it was deceitful
