As an outside provider coming in, I can you that staff has been nothing other than welcoming. One of the easiest facility’s to work with, and plan things with. They are always willing to help out in anyway. The atmosphere is that of a big family, you can tell they care about everyone coming and going! Especially the residents who live there. Very thankful for Ashlyn and Kris, their communication and support is unmatched! Highly recommend!

Mixed review for the Grove. Nice staff,clean facility. Kitchen is a problem. When touring, you are told there are 2 choices for lunch and dinner...not true. For the most part you get what they serve. Also told there are items that you can choose from everyday if you don't like what they are serving...not true. Most of those items are unavailable. The response time for the paging system is bad as well. Average response time is running around an hour which is unacceptable.

At the present time (October 2025) things have deteriorated considerably since I moved in two years ago. I recommend caution if you are considering living here. Of course there is always hope and things can improve. I just found out that the owning corporation is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

My sister is at The Grove and I can not express enough hiw happy I have been with her care. Everyone, Has been so good to her. Maria, Melissa, Joyce welcoming you when you come in, April and all those in therapy who work with her, All the RA's have been great, Jenna, Candy, Betty, Johnny, and the Kitchen staff is wonderful as well!! It's ways clean, always someone to answer questions I may have..I truly have no complaints. A wonderful environment and caring staff. I like seeing the same faces, as I'm sure is comforting for the residents. Thank you to all the staff at The Grove!!!

My husband has been a resident at the Groves for almost 4 months and I'm very pleased with his care. I received a lot of support from the staff at the time of his admittance and still experience the same. He is treated with kindness and respect and the staff genuinely care about him. . Everyone there works well together and seems to enjoy their job. There are a lot of activities and outings and he really enjoys his meals. I enjoy visiting him there and I'm comfortable inviting friends and family there to see him. I'm glad that my husband is in such good hands at the Groves.
