NEW HOPE GRACIOUS PERSONAL CARE

We had a great experience with New Hope. The staff and the management were really terrific. We actually met the owner and maintenance director. The facility is beautiful. It is clean and nicely appointed. The atmosphere is is positive and uplifting. I would recommend New Hope to family and friends all day long.

My mom has been living at New Hope for two years now, and we feel so blessed to have found this place. It is homey, warm, and welcoming, and the staff and caregivers show my mom love and care and treat her like family. The food is good, and there is always a good selection of options if a resident isn't in the mood for the main course. There are also diverse activities for those who wish to participate. I know that she is happy there, because when we bring her back after taking her on an outing, she says, "I'm so glad to be home." And it really does feel like home.

I had a loved one in New Hope care was great and meals were excellent and housekeeping wonderful. Would recommend New Hope to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

My experience at New Hope Gracious Personal Care is one I will always treasure. My mother was a resident for close to a year & I was allowed to stay with her! Upon entering the facility, my 1st impression was that it had the feel of a Bed & Breakfast, rather than a medical setting. The decor in general throughout the building was warm & welcoming. As I was soon to find out, the staff was caring & attentive, the meals delicious & the activities diverse & fun! Additionally, there are any # of cozy corners in which a resident can visit with family or friends, a totally equipped salon, a beautiful courtyard, a brightly covered deck outside of the spacious dining room & a most pleasant library complete with a fireplace! The compassionate owners stay on top of their job and further treat the residents as though they were members of their own family. What could be better than that!! I feel strongly that New Hope Gracious Personal Care offers 'personal care' at its finest!

New Hope was a great find for my aunt who needed assistance after knee replacement surgery two years ago. She stayed for four months. Now in September 2025 at age 89, had her other knee replaced and thankfully New Hope had a room available. My aunt plans to make Hew Hope her new home. We were thankful that many of the caring staff were still there. I feel this speaks volumes for staff longevity in any industry. The owners Kathy and Steve are caring, kind and patient with residents and their family. The facility is spotless and homey. I am so happy that my aunt is well taken care of by attentive staff and owners. The family finally has peace of mind she is in good care.
