New Mexico State Veteran'S Home

My dad has been there the past 9 months. I am so grateful and appreciate all that they do there for him. I am there visiting at least once a week and it is always clean, staff is friendly and most of all he likes it.

Staff is very disrespectful & also heard different things about the work environment, the bathroom's smells horrible before you even walk in to use , trying to defuse the smell with cologne or ladies perfume will not stop the smell of sewerage, idk how ppl work in that environment, but overall I would love to come back & visit my uncle soon

I took my husband Friday April 25, 2025 to the New Mexico State veterans home, Very clean smells good. The stuff was wonderful when I call. They answer my call right away. My husband‘s room is very clean. I like it because he has his room of his own in his own bathroom. I love the place. Do not put your husband or your wife spouse whatever in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma VA Hospital it is nasty filthy stinks darkness. I will not let my husband go back there again.

The place is great. It's clean the staff are friendly and nice and caring. They provide a healthy, safe environment. I'm very satisfied.

The administrative staff here is a total nightmare. They go through staff like I change my underwear, EVERYDAY. IF, you value your loved ones safety and well-being, look elsewhere for stability. They use nothing but travel nurses.
