NEWHAVEN COURT AT CLEARVIEW

I am writing to provide my sincere recommendation for Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler, Pennsylvania. My 87-year-old mother is currently a resident there, and our family has been extremely pleased with the care, comfort, and sense of community that the facility provides. From the moment my mother arrived, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home. The environment is warm, inviting, and supportive, allowing residents to maintain their dignity while receiving the assistance they need. The team consistently demonstrates compassion, patience, and professionalism in their daily interactions with residents. One of the most meaningful aspects of Newhaven Court at Clearview is the strong sense of community they foster. My mother is encouraged to participate in various activities that keep her engaged, social, and mentally stimulated. These opportunities have significantly improved her quality of life and helped her build friendships and connections that are so important at this stage in life. As someone who resides in Texas while my mother lives in Pennsylvania, the peace of mind this facility provides is truly invaluable. Knowing that she is in a safe, secure, and caring environment allows me to feel confident that she is well looked after, particularly during the challenging winter months when safety and accessibility can be concerns. My experience with Newhaven Court at Clearview began 18 months ago when I moved my brother there from an independent living facility in Massachusetts. After 6 months in the Newhaven Court main assisted living area the staff and I determined that he would be best served by moving to Life Stories, Newhaven's memory care section. It was the best thing we could have done. My brother now receives specialized attention and is doing better than he has in years. We have nothing but good things to say about all of the Newhaven Court personnel, especially those in the Life Stories area. They go out of their way to make him feel like an important part of his new family.

I've been a resident now for over 7 years. I've been happy in my 1-bedroom unit since the day I moved in. I came in as an independent resident and about a year ago I began receiving assisted living help. The entire staff here is attentive, responsive to my needs, kind and professional. The inside and outside areas of the property are very well maintained. The 3 meals a day are very good. There are choices of entrees at every meal. Overall, I can't imagine living anywhere else.

The absolute best ! My mom and dad loved it there and loved all the employees! They were all loving and caring! Everyone at New Haven kept all the residents very active very active and involved . Everyone building and every apartment and room was kept very clean and orderly. My entire family loved everyone there ! My parents made many friends there. If we had to do it all again we definitely would!!! Love to everyone and keep up the great work!! Very caring and compassionate! Thank you thank you!!!

I have had many positive experiences both personally and professionally. My some of family have lived/do live on the property. The building itself has been recently renovated and the residents seem to be enjoying it. The staff is always attentive to visitors and those that call it home. I also work for a hospice agency and for the past few years have participated in helping with resident bingo, co-host the meetings for family support group for those residents with Alzheimer’s and recruiting Santa at Christmas time. These are some of the many activities that are available to those that live at Newhaven Court at Clearview. Beautiful, comfortable and reasonably priced living in Butler!!
