NEWSEASONS AT NEW BRITAIN

I have lived at NewSeasons at New Britain since January of 2025. It is a really nice place to live and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very professional, caring and always willing to help. The caregivers have alot of patience and very kind. The apartment is very cozy and fits alot of my furniture. Transportation is available and schedules many trips to include stores, restaurants and casinos. There is also along vehicle for medical appointments. Very happy

Our mother recently spent time at NewSeasons for assisted living following rehab for broken hip. She has been in many diff facilities over the last few years; this is by far the best group of physical therapists/staff we have encountered. They were very kind and supportive at a time when we needed it most. My family would highly recommend them for anyone looking for care of a loved one!

Our mother has been a resident of New Seasons for almost two years and her level of care has increased over time. New Seasons staff, on all levels, has continued to exceed our expectations. Her recent illness has required the services of the in house therapists, nursing staff, and nursing aides which has required such a large time commitment on their end. We know that our mother is always treated respectfully, with a high level of care and always met with a smile. What a blessing that New Seasons has been to our family. Many thanks.

When it became clear that my mom could no longer live at home following a rehab stay, we needed to move her quickly as we live abroad. Christina and the team at New Seasons were extremely reactive and accommodating and we were able to get my mom settled before flying out. From our first visit, we were impressed by the professional and positive attitude of the director and her team. In fact, everyone we met- both staff and residents - were pleasant and helpful. The food is really good (nice homemade soups!) and there is always a set menu to choose from if the daily specials don't appeal. We ate there twice with my mom. Her waitress is incredibly friendly and sociable. We have been able to do a video call with my mom. This was Christina's suggestion and I thought it would be great if it happened. David, the activities director, came to meet us and made it happen. My mom was thrilled and couldn't stop talking about it. I have to say that my interactions with the staff (receptionists, nurses, aids and therapists) both on the phone and in person have been positive. But perhaps the most telling sign is how my mom seems to me. Moving to New Seasons has been a huge change for her. Yet, after nearly a month, I can tell she feels comfortable and is not afraid to ask for help. Thank you to the entire team!

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at New Seasons who were there and continue to be there every step of the way to support my parents when their move to assisted living became necessary very suddenly! The staff went above and beyond in making it all come together! I haven't met a staff member yet who is not 100% dedicated to the residents here. The thriving community inside this building is unbelievable! Frank provided unlimited support and patiently answered my daily barrage of questions. Christina dropped what she was doing multiple times to reassure me I was doing what was best for my parents. Sandy jumped in to help when I showed up unannounced with paperwork I needed help completing. The women at the front desk are always friendly and always ready to help. The dining staff are fabulous and per my parents, the food is excellent. The nurses know every resident and are top notch, dedicated and caring to each and every one of them. Housekeeping did a fabulous job getting the apartment ready right before move-in. Everywhere you look in the building is clean. The decor is bright and cheery. Paul in maintenance is very clever and always ready to fix any problems. After all the stress, my parents are settling in and are now too busy either eating or socializing to talk to me when I call! Which is how I know we made the right decision and chose the right place. 😊
