NORBERT RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY

My parents have lived here for nearly a year and have received great care. During the recent monster snowstorm, I was impressed by the dedication of the staff, many of whom stayed at the facility to ensure that there would be an adequate number of team members to care for residents: much appreciated by this family.

When I had to make this tough decision, I didn’t know where to turn. You hear horror stories. I am so thankful to have found Norbert personal care home and the people who run it. My loved one isn’t just another room number, they actually form relationships with their senior living individuals. They truly care about the people who live in their homes and you can see and feel it. If you ever find yourself having to maw this tough decision, call Norbert before you call the big name senior living centers. You won’t get this kind of care and real human feelings from anywhere else, and there is no price tag you can put on that peace of mind.

My mother, Nancy, was a resident here for seven months. I can't say enough about the staff, cleanliness, and support she received. The people that work there care very deeply for the residents. Until the minute she died at the age of 91 they made every effort to keep her happy and comfortable! Their hard work did not go unnoticed! God bless them! Susan Santucci

Love this place. My mom was a resident for several years until her passing. Very compassionate care. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my mother passed peacefully and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This facility is incredible. I can't say enough about the caring staff. During the Covid crisis, they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They have given so much of themselves and it is greatly appreciated. They are all warm and friendly and will do anything to assist you. The activities are great and well planned out. The administrator, Janet and her assistant, Lorraine are wonderful and strive for excellence. I really think they have achieved that. If you are considering a place for your loved one, look no further...this is the place!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!
