We had the pleasure of meeting the executive team last night and they are truly special. The team of directors felt like a family that I’ve known forever. Their care for each other and the jobs that they do was quite evident in our short time together. If Skybrooke wasn’t on your list before, I hope that you add it to your list going forward so that you, too, can experience the magic that we did.

I come to Skybrooke from an outside agency to provide care for a resident. I am impressed by the kindness and warmth that I have witnessed and experienced during each and every visit. The wait staff are attentive; respectful and offer personal attention during each meal. There is always something to do during the day and a welcome that provides support and encouragement. It is a pleasure to enter the building each day because of the people who welcome with a smile and genuine concern for your wellbeing.

My mother has been a resident at Skybrooke Assisted Living for eight months, and I could not be more grateful for the exceptional care she receives. From the moment you walk in, the building feels warm and inviting, beautiful high ceilings, generous natural light, and thoughtfully designed, spacious apartments that truly feel like home. The staff at Skybrooke are remarkable. Every team member I’ve encountered has been kind, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. The aides are always on call for any and all needs, and they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. As her daughter, I see the daily compassion and patience they show my mother, and it brings me tremendous comfort knowing she is in such capable and loving hands. Skybrooke also offers a wonderful range of creative events and activities tailored to residents of all abilities. My mother loves the sense of community here, she has made friends, stays engaged, and truly enjoys the day-to-day experience of living at Skybrooke. I wholeheartedly recommend Skybrook at Simsbury Assisted Living to any family seeking a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, warmth, and exceptional care. It has been a blessing for our family.

I have been entertaining the residents of Skybrooke at Simsbury regularly for the past several years. It's wonderful to interact with the residents through my music and story-telling - I love seeing their smiles when I play and sing their favorite songs. I've always observed a happy and positive vibe there among the residents and staff. But it's extra special to see how the staff relates to all of the residents and creates that special bond of caring. Skybrooke at Simsbury has that special vibe that tells me their community is one big family.

My dad has been a resident at Skybrook at Simsbury since 2020. During this time he has experience exceptional service… the facility, director, Katie Lee, always goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents have everything they need. Katie keeps excellent line of communication with family members, keeping us up-to-date on any changes that are going on in the facility. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the residents in her facility. I would highly recommend this Community if you are looking for a place for your loved ones… You will not be disappointed
