Very pleasant and friendly staff. Meals are excellent.

Great care of residents

Staff is very friendly and accommodating for the most part. But there is a large employee turnover and not enough staff.. Promises made such as taking them for a walk and then don't come back to do it. Very disappointing for an elderly person. Rooms should be cleaned more often. We do feel a sense of relief knowing that she is taken care of while can't.
