OAK BRIDGE TERRACE AT LANIER VILLAGE ESTATES

We have been at LVE for only 5 months and are considered to be “newbies” by all the new friends we have made. Who knew that moving to LVE and living with a bunch of “old people “ would be so much fun. Yes many people told us that while we were doing our due diligence but to witness this firsthand is truly special. We love it here!

The quality of our lives at Lanier Village Estates (LVE) has far exceeded our highest expectations when we moved here from another state 11 years ago.  One pleasant surprise for us was the discovery of LVE’s amazing natural assets.  I happily count and report LVE’s birds daily to Cornell’s Lab of Ornithology.  And LVE has a trail of blooms for Spring wildflower enthusiasts, like myself.   A second surprise has been Gainesville, where we have found deeply rewarding volunteer activities.  As a cuddler in the hospital’s NICU, I tell people that “I have the best job in Georgia.”

We have lived at Lanier Village Estates for nearly four years and are so thankful we made the move here. Staff and residents are friendly, supportive and fun to know. There are numerous staff sponsored and resident organized activities. The apartments and cottages are generously sized and well maintained. Having a full range of services ( independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing home) on the campus gives us peace of mind
