OAK LEAF MANOR NORTH

Do not send your loved one to this facility. My grandmother was neglected at Oak Leaf Manor North. After three weeks at Oak Leaf (FROM 12/19/25-1/13/26), I was never told that the pull cord doesnt work in the residents room and the resident ended up having countless falls because they were unable to alert staff when needing assistance. Shakeena Binder claims to have explained this in an email to me but that is a lie. I have the proof. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

Visited my friend and the first time here. Very nice place, smelled nice, and her room was really a great room !

Supportive, caring staff. Helped my bachelor brother enormously over the last year through months of medical treatments. Very grateful to know there's a place like Oak Leaf Manor North that can provide a temporary residence when a loved one cannot live independently.

Oak Leaf Manor North creates a welcoming environment the moment you step in the door. They treated us and my mother like family. The admissions director was so helpful during the entire process and answered all of our questions. During a difficult time it was so comforting to know my mom was in great hands at Oak Leaf Manor North.

I remember attending a Winter Wonderland event and a fund raising for Alzheimer's event in this location. The staff were so welcoming and very accommodating. From setting up tables to preparation of foods and serving it to people, giveaways or gifts the staff were truly organized and well-prepared. I can tell the effort they put in to make such an event happen. I saw the support of various families who came just to be physically present in this kind of event. I met some staffs that are genuine and nice. I enjoyed these two events. Kudos to whoever manage this location.
