Everyone is very kind, helpful, and friendly! Hoping the food will get back to the quality it was a few months ago, though!

I can't say enough nice things about ALL of the staff at Oak Pointe. A special shout out to Denine and Barb who go above and beyond making the transition a comfortable one for the resident and the family members. Exceptional customer service.

We toured Oak Point yesterday. We are lucking out and they have a one bedroom available for my mother in-law immediately. We will hopefully be able to get her there in just a few days. I told my mother in-law that the place is like staying at the Marriott. The courtyard is pretty. I love the fact that she'll be able to order food at meal time - almost like being in a restaurant. And she'll no longer be alone for so much of her days. I really hope that she'll enjoy some of the activities. The staff running the place seem nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and there isn't any odor.

Kelsey, Activity Director, gave us a thorough tour since Denine, the Director of Sales, was unavailable that day. Denine was very gracious to email and text me, even though she was on vacation, to make sure our tour was arranged and answer any questions before and after . Kelsey was very thorough and answered all our questions. The residents seemed very happy in their accommodations and liked Kelsey! It was very clean without offensive odors that some facilities have. I love where it sits with woods around and not in the inner city (yet!). This would definitely be at the top of our list if my father required assisted-living. I liked how they had a “memory care” unit available, too, should that need arise for the transition.

My mother has lived at Oak Pointe since November of 2018. They have worked closely with myself and her to allow her to continue to live independently. She has had her companion dog Casey since the day she arrived. The staff have allowed us to do a birthday party for her great granddaughter at Oak Pointe. I have spent several days and nights there and the staff have always treated us with respect. During the Covid-19 pandemic, administration has stepped up and kept the residents safe. Oak Pointe has done well keeping me informed of my mother’s condition. They have a caring staff and I can not say enough about them. The place is always clean and the food is quite good. I used to eat with my mother several times a week and was never disappointed with the quality of food. I recommend Oak Pointe for those who do not need a nursing home but need help with medications and assistance with daily needs.
