Stay away from this place! We have found the staff to be loving and caring for my father but the new owner of this facility is rude and vindictive. My father is there now on hospice and the owner of this facility has been saying the meanest things to my mother accusing her of causing my father's death, having staff call her in the middle of the night and harassing her and now telling her he is charging her $400 a day to give him medication. This owner is more about the money than the patient care.

Wow, I have to start by saying that we have tried multiple assisted living facilities, and by far, this has been the best experienced not just for our loved one, but also for the whole family. We are very pleased with the facilities, the quality of service, and the level of care provided by the staff. Particularly, I must recognize a young lady named Clair, for her outstanding engagement and personal connection with all residents. Our loved one was no longer communicating due to ilness progression, but that all chang3d after a few interactions with Clair. Thank you Oak Pointe and Ms. CLAIR!

This is the worst place you could consider for your family member!!! Sheets don't get changed, owner told us it was our responsibility to bathe my dad even though her website clearly states otherwise, floors only get mopped if you ask them to, items go missing from dad's room, we get charged by the pharmacy for items they order and he doesn't use, the owner retaliates if you say anything negative. My dad loves jigsaw puzzles and the owner got mad and took his puzzle table away from him. Employees dont show up for work, including the cook. Staff turnover is high. Nobody wants to work there because she is difficult to work with. Many nights have had only 1 worker on duty. I could give you more reasons to stay away from this place!!

Kelley Brown and staff are professional, caring and compassionate. They truly are concerned about their resident's complete well being--physical, mental, and spiritual. I am grateful to serve Oak Pointe in providing group visitation to their residents. It is my pleasure to bring these dear people warm chats, sing-alongs, bible devotions, and various fun activity.
