We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our mother received at Oaks at Braselton Memory Care. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine dedication to their residents. The facility was consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which gave our family great peace of mind. Most importantly, the level of care provided was exceptional—our mother was treated with dignity, patience, and kindness every step of the way. We truly felt supported as a family and would highly recommend Oaks at Braselton Memory Care to anyone seeking a safe, caring, and professional memory care community.

Warm and friendly environment, beautiful courtyard areas. Very comfortable seating and a playground to bring grandchildren. Pretty chapel for services, smaller facility which feels easier for an older adult to navigate.

The Oaks at Braselton is such a wonderful place. The staff really pour their hearts out to take care of the residents. I’ve been coming to the Oaks for 9 years & have always left with a warm heart knowing the elderly are well taken care of.

Absolutely 5 stars! The move-in process. Leanne, the marketing director, is nothing short of amazing—so efficient, organized, and genuinely caring. Move in are smooth and easy, guiding families through every step with kindness and professionalism. Samantha, the wellness director, goes above and beyond in ensuring that residents receive top-tier care. Her proactive approach and constant communication gives family peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such good hands. And a special mention to Morgan, who oversees the memory care unit—her dedication is unmatched. She’s always hands-on with both residents and families, making sure everyone feels supported and that the care provided is nothing less than the best. This team truly sets the standard for what assisted living should be. If you’re looking for a place for a loved one to feel right at home, no need to look any further.

My Mother-in-Law recently stayed at The Oaks at Braselton and the care and professionalism showed by the staff and caretakers was truly exceptional.
