My uncle was here under the care of Jennifer and it was the worst possible care ever received. This place is a joke

Without a doubt the most caring owner. Working with her, while her money and livelihood was on the line, she always chose the resident. Always chosing to care even when it meant financial hardship for her.

My mom wad there. She was on hospice. Her diaper was always dirty. Staff was always in the office instead of out with patients except for one cook. They did not bother calling me when she was dying. They called me over an hour later. It also stinks. One man would wail. I finally went to check on him. No aids showed up. The people that live there asked if I was a new worker. Pitiful

My father was a resident for 2 years. He loved living there. I felt a great deal of relief knowing how well he was being taken care of everyday. The owner, Jodi Brooks, is kind and extremely detail oriented. The staff are absolutely the best. The food is freshly cooked everyday. The Oaks is extremely clean. Everyone there is friendly and kind. My Dad passed away in May. During his passing our family was treated extremely kind. Offered meals, brought us anything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would give The Oaks 10 stars if possible. If a room is available for your loved one, grab it. Thank you Jodi and her staff for all the love you gave my father and my family.

My mother is currently a residence at The Oaks, and we are very pleased with the facility. It is exceptionally clean, well-staffed, and pleasant, plus the prices at this personal care home are very reasonable compared to similar facilities in the area. The owner is a very sweet, hard-working person who really cares about her residents. She tries to bring in a variety of activities and experiences for the people of The Oaks, but that aspect of care/service has been challenging due to the residents' health conditions. I would highly recommend this personal care home.
