Koko is super nice to my mummy, on sunny days they play pickleball. This means the world to our family ❤️. Thank you 😊

My sister was here and it wasn't a pleasant experience for her. Very few activities while she was there. i.e. "private journaling", "visit a friend", "walk around the building". Didn't always give her a choice of food. Not what I would pay for. Not all staff members were pleasant. I will leave it at that! I note from your response that you would like to address this, but I contacted you months ago about this, with no response, even though it was requested. I gave you specific information.

Happy with the staff. Plenty going on for activities and the nurse is very attentive. Overall we are pleased with the oaks.

The Oaks at Towne Lake has transformed into a very positive place for its residents. The investments in staff, the property, culture, food, and living experience this year makes it clear: those who live there will receive consistent and compassionate care.

Her professionalism and dedication made my mother’s transition into the community smooth and stress-free—I couldn’t have done it without her help.
