No one ever wants to place their parent in a home, but rest assured this is the place that will give you peace of mind. The staff are so caring and hands on, all of them. My Mom lived out her last 18 months here and EVERYONE went above and beyond for her in all aspects of her healthcare, and this was during COVID. Even at the end of her life they allowed her to remain here on hospice even though she turned into full care. I would, and still do, recommend this place to anyone with a loved one with memory issues. I will forever be grateful for this place and the care received from all the staff there. I wish I could remember everyone's name that was there when my Mom was there. Crystal, Emily, and of course Melissa. These ladies, as well as the others who's names I cant recall right now, are life savers..

We are so grateful for the care our loved one received at The Oaks from the moment we arrived, it felt more like a family home than a facility. The staff are kind, compassionate, and truly attentive—not just caregivers, but companions who treated our loved one with dignity and warmth. The atmosphere is comforting, safe, and filled with heart. Thank you for making a difficult time feel a little easier and for surrounding our family with such genuine care.

We moved my grandmother in the Oaks she had Dementia, everyone there took amazing care of her she wasn’t know by her name. She was “grams” to everyone in there. My grams had to take short visit to a rehab, the were nurse how personally came to that facility and saw my grams. When grams came back to her home. She was treated amazingly, they cared so much for her and anytime we came in to see her it was locked and safe for all the residents. There were low number of residents as it is a small place . Which was amazing because all residents got one in one care. I would recommend anyone living here. It was very clean and didn’t smell like a nursing home. It was a HOME the nurse sat with them visited. Did puzzles, watched TV interacted. Did not leave them sitting in a hallway. My family appreciated them so much for their care of Grams!

Have worked with The Oaks both personally and professionally, with outstanding quality of care. Staff truly care about residents and go the extra mile to get to know the person that once was. They seek to learn signs and symptoms of each disease process and how the disease changes the person. They make each person feel they are at home. Always great communication day or night. I would recommend The Oaks and staff to any family or friend.

Our family had an unpleasant experience with this Assisted Living facility. Are beloved mother went from being able to walk around using a walker to unable to get out of bed in a matter of 6 weeks of being there we finally did get hospice for her but the facility staff did not want to communicate with the hospice staff. Our mother was in pain and it took quite a bit of encouragement for them to administer her pain medication to her. When the family voiced their concerns we were asked to move her to a different facility. I would never recommend this place to anyone for their loved one
