OAKS, THE

The expearieance of hospitality condoned there is my self know and or I'm not coplening thanks to gorden goodman I can not say no more ew

Allow people to be unattended running around independence for days at a time sleeping on the streets with no bath food or their meds and expect them to find their own way back should not be paid for taking care of people if they are not willing to do it

This place is nasty bed bugs on the beds there is only 1staff member there no cameras anybody can walk in the building is old the bathrooms is nasty why haven't the health department shut it down and I know all this because my lil sister is there right now my family trying to get her out.

My mom has been in Memory Care at the Oaks for just under a year and I am so pleased with the care she has received. I am there at least once a week for several hours at a time and have observed how things run there. The people are all treated with kindness and respect and no one is put aside. They have a fabulous activities director who ensures participation and keeps things very lively. She never treats them like children or makes them feel unvalued. They seem to enjoy her and what she has to offer. The nurses are also amazing. They are on top of everything and also kind and caring. I feel so blessed that my mom has these wonderful people in her corner!

Issues resolved by staff..nicely. Pest control does come out repairs are in the the works. Turns out the med mix up wasn't their fault
