OAKS, THE

Twin Oaks is the best and efficient assisted living that I have encountered. My mother was so well taken care in that facility. I cannot tell you how much peace of mind that we had with mom living in this facility. She lived in O'Fallon location and made so many friends. She had a lovely little apartment, and she thrived. Thank you, Twin Oaks, for making our lives so much easier for a few years.

My grandpa is here and it’s just like home but BETTER!! The people all know him and there are tons of activities daily. Poker, bingo, quilting etc. it’s on 7 acres to take walks and they have transportation where they go out for coffee, the casino or to Walmart runs. Not your typical “home”. I’d give them 10 stars just because my grandpa is now happy :)

I dont know anyone who lives here but I love to volunteer here! The community is so nice! I love how they incorporate prayer, fun and games for the residents and everyone is so sweet! I love the Blattel family and I love volunteering here and meeting so many new residents! Twin Oaks is an amazing place!

The staff took great care of my father while he was able to live there. He was able to get out on day trips and enjoyed more of an active social life than he had living alone. The staff was a big help to me in monitoring his health. I think what he liked best was being able to walk around the large property in O’Fallon as he always loved being outside.

We were referred to Twin Oaks Estate by local industry leaders and are very happy with the care and attention our loved one is receiving. The fact that it is a family-owned business shows in the personal way everyone is treated. Staff quickly learn names of new residents, and they make a real effort to get to know each resident's likes, dislikes, and personality. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming, but also professional, and staff is always available to answer questions and address needs.
