Martha and her staff provide wonderful care of their residents at Olive Branch. I highly recommend Olive Branch for anyone that needs assisted living.

I placed my mother at Olive Branch for a 30 day respite care. I simply can't say enough good things about the care she was given while she was there! Her room was spacious and clean. The staff is so very kind and caring. The meals are amazing! Highly recommend Olive Branch.

The Olive Branch community provided my uncle with exceptional care and a warm, welcoming environment. The staff was kind, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure his comfort. When I visited him recently, I was so happy to see that he loved the activities, the delicious meals, and the friendly atmosphere. Knowing he was constantly cared for gave our family peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I’m writing a review to hopeful save the next family. Martha will talk you sweet and lie to your face. They do not keep any kind of records or documents as to what happens at this facility , that means when your family members are there they have no incident reports to falls, bed checks, eating habits, medication being taken etc Martha dictates when a family should be notified of ANY MEDICAL CONDITION. That is my grandmother was throwing away medication. they did not notice and lied and said they would see something like that. Wrong. The next day I found medication in the trash. I have picture evidence of all my ‘claims ‘ Martha was told by her workers my grandmother had shingles for 3 weeks . We were not told. My grandmother didn’t know it was on her lower back. She couldn’t see. Pictures of this as well. I ALSO found an extreme bruise as well after told she had fallen but she was just fine. (Needed medical attention). The worst is she had fallen again she told them no er trip but she THOUGHT SHE BROKE HER NECK this happened at 2:00 am family was not notified till 6:30 am.THEY PICKED HER UP AND PUT HER IN BED. When I got her to the hospital she had a broken C2 and T4. The amount of pain AND SCREAMS she had to have made is unreal. Because of her injuries my grandmother passed. MARTHA DOES NOT NOTIFY FAMILY IMMEDIATELY AFTER A HEALTH ISSUE OCCURS. IT IS STATE REGULATION TO DO SO AND TO DOCUMENT EVERYTHING I have worked the exact industry FOR YEARS I know when things are ran wrong and patient rights are being violated. THIS FACILITY WILL DO SO. There is MORE that took place that I can go on about but this hopefully is enough if you need more or are a victim of this facility feel free to contact me at my email address. God bless all
