O'Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville

I arrived at O’Neill for physical therapy rehabilitation expecting the very minimum of care. Boy was I wrong. Everyone from housekeeping to stna’s to absolutely everyone was nice, caring and wanted to help me get my strength back so I could go home. Physical and Occupational therapy was intense at times but when I needed a break they gave me a break. The only negative I have about the place is that the food is horrible. I do give them credit though that they really tried to give me food I wanted. The last few days the food wasn’t so bad. I would recommend O’Neill to anyone and everyone. It might take a day or two to get accustomed to everything but if you or a loved one need rehabilitation O’Neill is it!

O'Neills took great care with my mom who suffered from Parkinson's & Dementia. Her symptoms were often times challenging and yet they did not give up on her. They kept her safe from falls, made changes if we asked, nurse in charge was caring, communicative and helped me. When it came time for Hospice, their hospice team was wonderful. Just what my mom, my dad and I all needed. I had many favorite nurse aides-- not just a couple!! This is quite a compliment because I am familiar with other skilled nursing homes and I could not say that at those places so I believe that speaks for those in charge as well-- must be good place to work.

I had a sibling here and he always had a UTI and they seldom fed them good meals even though they were getting good pay

Noisy but staff seems attentive

Disrespectful , terrible to residents, staff and administration have NO CARE at all towards mistreatment... Incredibly sad
