Opal at Music City

I am very happy with the choice I made for my mother who will be 85 in march.. she is doing more than she ever has!! The caretakers, nurses, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, Accountanting ,Activities Director is so caring and creative to keep them active and Fun!! And all the changes are due to the New Director Lisa!!! Thank you All!!!!!

management team is very helpful and working diligently to improve the community. Dining has improved with a better quality of meals. Activities Director works hard to make sure residents stay busy with indoor and outdoor activities.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our son is getting married in Sept. and we used this as an opportunity to vacation with the bride’s family, there were 16 of us. This home was spotless, it’s pool area was spectacular! Cooking wise, you needed anything, this house had it. Deb was on speed dial always willing to help. We were 15 minutes from the Broadway (downtown Nashville) and had no problem getting Ubers back and forth. Oh my word and did we mention the wildlife? Mornings began with coffee and “deer watching”, lunch continued with bird watch and pool time ….. can’t wait for the bride and grooms anniversary or gender reveal party because we’ll be back! Mom came about 3 years ago. She lived in Assisted Living. She had her friends to sit with, ate with others, shared snacks. As mom progressed through her advanced stages of life, the staff helped us transition to memory care. Memory care is wonderful. There is a higher level of care when mom needed it. Then the staff helped us when it was time for hospice. Mom and our family are cared for and supported here.

The Opal of Music City is under new management and we are so excited for the new and improved changes. We are increasing care staff on each shift and putting new policies and procedures in place to ensure we provide the quality care these residents deserve. Meals are better quality and more appetizing with an always available menu. The staff at Opal has been great during this transition and has provided excellent information and ideas on how to enrich the lives of the residents they care for. The management team is grateful for allowing us the opportunity to serve the residents, families, and the community.
