Ok so I walked into chestnut Grove thinking they were a rental property. Elyse greeted me with a smile informing me that the property was for sale. I immediately began to apologize for wasting her time and started to walk away. Before I could get up Elyse stopped me and I’m so thankful that she did! Elyse was so sweet and very informative! She asked if she could do a soft pull of my credit to see if I prequalified for the loan. Turns out I qualified but the townhome I wanted wouldn’t be available until December. I informed Elyse that my lease would be up in December and I didn’t want to renew. Since things were time sensitive, she referred me to her colleague in single home community. Elyse sent over all of my information so I didn’t need to do anything except view the property because I’d already prequalified. Thanks to Elyse and her willingness to help, I closed on my very first home!!!! Elyse and all of her colleagues were so nice and welcoming! Thank you so much Elyse!
