OVERLOOK SENIOR LIVING

My 102 year old mom is well taken care of at the Overlook, and brags to me how sweet the staff are to her . She will soon be a resident for a year, and has no complaints with the service. I have a lot of experience with senior living facilities and this is one I recommend without reservation. Great place’

My dad lived at The Overlook Monroe for 2½ months last year and we loved the people who cared for him, the residents and the facility. I would definitely recommend it. Not so huge so it is less intimidating to a new resident. Unfortunately my father passed away right after Thanksgiving. Their support and actions taken when he needed to get to the hospital quickly were excellent.

My Mom has lived at Overlook about 6 months now. She loves it there. Her room is always clean and tidy, the food is excellent, she loves playing bingo and doing crafts and she gets the best care. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We made a great choice. If I ever need senior care, I'd want to live there.

The Overlook has been a great place for my mother at this stage in her life. She is able to be as independent as she wants to be and has support and assistance when needed. The regular activities are engaging and my mother enjoys them. It is a caring environment with excellent leadership staff as well as great caretakers. The leadership is receptive and responsive.
