Overlook Village Assisted

Overlook Village facility and staff are amazing. My mom lived there for just under a year. The care given to my mother was phenomenal. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind my family had knowing Mom was well taken care of when we couldn’t be there.

We have been so pleased with the care my grandparents have received at Overlook. The rooms are spacious and full of light, the food is appealing and nutritious, there are abundant engaging activities offered, and, most importantly, the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive. Becky and her team make this a special, well run place for loved ones to call home.

My in laws lived at Overlook Village for ten months. This is the best place in the Quad Cities area! The director Becky truly cares about the staff and the residents. The building with one and two bedroom apartments is only six years old, clean, and well maintained. Overlook is like a resort with a large variety of great tasting foods on the menu, a fun activity program, seasonal events, a hair/nail salon, and trips to programs, restaurants, etc. The care that my family received was top notch. When my father in law needed more assistance, the staff was attentive to his needs and recommended his move to the memory care unit. They also helped get hospice set up for him. Near the end, the staff also cared for our family bringing snacks, water, and food do we could stay by his side to the end. Definitely take a tour and consider making the move to this beautiful facility!

Dad and Mom lived here for the last year of Dad's life and I couldn't be happier about his experience, the caregivers, and everything about the facility. It's clean, smells good, modern, and the food is excellent! All the amenities are addressed (including movie room) and the social programs are a lot of fun for the residents and help everyone get to know each other. I wouldn't mind coming here myself when the time come!

I visited Overlook Village and was so impressed! The facility and grounds are beautiful and serene. The lunch they prepared was delicious, too! The apartments are very spacious, and the common areas were plentiful and provided many different planned and independent activities for the residents. The secured dementia area was equally impressive with their own common areas and outdoor space. The director and staff were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend this senior living facility!
