They are an assisted living memory care facility they foster a home like environment that is great for memory care. They have great activities and engagement with their residents. And the staff is friendly and helpful and the administrator is very approachable and great to talk to she makes you feel heard and makes you feel like you belong

What we’ve witnessed since entrusting them with dad’s care is giving us nightmares. Chronically shorthanded, some good staff but not enough to outweigh the bad. The bathroom only gets cleaned when we complain to the director. I’ve been in outhouses that were cleaner and smelled better than my dad’s bathroom. The outdoor patio where he prefers to sit is atrocious bordering on dangerous. The cracked countertop in the common room has apparently been that way for over a year. Furniture is ripped. Recliners don’t work. And you can count on your loved one waiting for up to 2 hours for help because that’s all that is required of them.
