OZARK OAKS RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY II

I've been to this facility myself..... and now a very very special person in my life has taken a step all on his own to go here and he has been only welcomed with open arms, support, kindness, and compassion. You make it what you want it to be as well. I give it 5 stars for them just having open doors to the suffering, and training everyone like a human being.

My doctor called to see if I could be admitted to New Directions and to talk w sombody about the details. I was in the office and she put it on speakerphone for me to hear. Someone named Nina answered the phone and she was the rudest person ever! She was disrespectful to my doctor and all we wanted to know was if I could qualify to go there. Though there. Money is not the issue because I have a large trust fund but she did not want to listen and was hateful. I would suggest nobody go there. I guess that's why they have only 2 stars

I just recently started going to New directions and let me tell you they are very wonderful people! They are slowly but surely changing my life in great ways. Tiffany always makes me feel better about myself and Marquette at the front is so nice and helpful also. Can't say enough good things about this program.

Absolutely not out to help people. Call to ask questions and get transferred between different departments and people who sound annoyed and don't have answers on basic process questions, got billed $250 (after insurance!!!) for an unhelpful video call with a sample pill pushing psychiatrist, not a single attempt was made to treat mental health outside of instant medication... that's their answer?! Pills as a solution within the first hour of talking to a new patient should let you know who they're actually working for... I was offered these samples by someone that I talked to for less than an hour and was never successfully connected with a psychologist for regular therapy appointments, and received two bills in the mail that I now am unable to contest due to an ineffective process and incompetent staff. Never going here for any kind of "help" again.

This place is a joke. We had a very unpleasant experience with these people. I will be filing a formal complaint against them with the board. My wife went there just to talk with someone about her anxiety and wound up at the Stevens unit. She was forced to go there and was not and is not suicidal. Know wonder people don’t try to get help. The counselors name was Tiffany and was very standoffish with us. An affidavit was filed after the fact saying that my wife said she would do harm to herself or others. Which was and is a blatant lie. That woman did nothing but make things worse for my wife. She has lost all trust in counselors and psychiatrist. We will be pursuing a lawsuit against them.
