PALM TERRACE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY & ADULT DAYC

After an unfortunate experience at a local nursing home, Palm Terrace has been a blessing. I moved my mom into Palm Terrace in September and waited this long to write a review expecting to be disappointed, but Melissa and her staff have found a perfect formula to run a tiny village full of happy people. I am thankful that my mother is now treated with dignity and respect and is in safe environment. All teams actually look happy to be there! Reception, activity, dining, and housekeeping in conjunction with the Angels care team are all worthy of praise. Thank you Melissa and team.

Palms Terrace is truly a gift to my mom. She is very well taken care of. Melissa is wonderful and works very hard with the staff for the residents. Latrell a nurse was concerned with my mom she called me personally to get her the care she needed. God bless the staff and this place always. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to helping our family

My mother lives here. She has been quite content and satisfied. Her room is always clean; her laundry done and her meals prepared. The staff really cares about the residents.

Great staff and very clean facilities. Spacious rooms, and lots of activities for the residents. The staff is very accommodating, caring and very professional. We were so lucky to find them and the process of moving our family member in was seamless and gave us a lot of peace knowing she is being very well cared for. I want to thank Paula for all of her efforts on behalf of my Aunt. There are many other staff members who have made me confident that Palm Terrace is the right place for my deceased Mother's youngest sister. At 88 years old, my Aunt is the only survivor of a family of ten children -6 girls and 4 boys. She is my only living Auntie. My concern for her wellbeing and safety lead me to search for an alternative to her previously living alone, and you have given me the peace of mind needed.
