Palmilla Senior Living

Every one at Palmilla is very willing to help us residents. The Executive Direstor Lizz is wonderful. From what I experienced, she truly cares about the residents. They do alot for the us. They decorate accordingly for each holiday and truly make us feel appreciated. We have lived here 3 years and are happy here. We have lived at 2 other facilities and in my opinion Palmilla Senior Living is the very best place for us to be. All the staff is great. No Complaints. Your facility is blessed to have Lizz as their director, as are the residents.

We sat with the staff for MC's initial 30 day evaluation. Each team member was informative and helpful, clarifying her progress and adjustment to the new environment. They were responsive to the questions raised. The staff has been wonderful in helping M adjust.

Someone recently told me that they were sorry that we had to put our mom into Assisted Living. I said don’t feel sorry for us. It was the best thing we could’ve done for her. She has adjusted and is thriving I. This lovely community. Everyone and we mean EVERYONE is friendly and kind. It’s been a blessing for our family.

The staff has been great. They have gone above and beyond to help our friends adjust to this new phase of life. It is great to have such friendly, kind people taking care of her care.

We are pleased with how well Mom has adjusted to this ALF. Palmilla staff and residents are so friendly and supportive. It has made this very big transition so much easier.
