PARAMOUNT SENIOR LIVING AT LANCASTER COUNTY

I cannot say enough good things about Paramount! My parents who are 97 and 92 stayed there for 3 weeks on respite care. It allowed my husband and I to have a vacation and no worries! The interaction with the staff members was amazing! My parents were well taken care of, very well fed and felt very loved while they were there. My mother enjoyed all the activities! My mother became ill while she was there and had to go to the hospital. My father said while she was gone every team member checked in on him daily, making sure he was doing okay without her! This is the first time we have ever used a respite care, I would highly recommend Paramount! Thank you to all staff!! My father was at Paramount Senior Living, Maytown, PA. I can not say enough good things about the Administration and Staff. I went to visit my father and would stay for hours. I saw how they cared for everyone with personal care, positive communication, and complete respect. Since I stayed for hours, I know their attitude was not fake. Much praise and a high recommendation for this facility. All the staff from Lori and Cindy on down are excellent. Professional, friendly and empathic in all our conversations and decisions making. Living 2hrs away made frequent visits difficult, the staff stepped in and handled many little things that normally a nearby relative would do. We have a lot of gratitude for everyone working there. Our 84 yr old cousin had to be moved to skilled nursing, but he very much enjoyed his time here. We have a big "thank you" to everyone at Paramount.

Both of my parents lived at Paramount in assisted living and later in the Memory Care Unit. We found Paramount to be an exceptional elder care facility. The staff and management were always responsive and professional yet interacted with my parents like family. The facility is outstanding, very comfortable and presents a home-like atmosphere throughout. Paramount provided care that would have been possible to provide at home which I believe fostered my parents desire for Independance and not being a burden yet ensured they received proper assistance and care. Visiting and participating in numerous activities was strongly encouraged, I watched several Super Bowls and a number of PSU games there with my father. Paramount offers a wide range of activities and events to residents and family. There seems to always be something going on. When each of my parents passed the staff grieved with us, my parents were truly loved by them and missed. Five stars is not a high enough rating for Paramount, its staff and the services and care they provide. I strongly recommend Paramount to anyone that needs elder care services.

Paramount Senior Living has been a wonderful experience for our family, after my mother moved into the facility last year. She has been well taken care of, from the greeters at the front desk to nursing/CNA staff, to kitchen staff, to cleaning staff, to management-they all go above & beyond. The activities that are provided really go a long way to helping make the transition go smoothly. Everyone is accessible with any questions or problems. I highly recommend Paramount to anyone considering a senior living facility.
