PARC AT DULUTH

As a resident at Parc at Duluth I wish to relate some very personal positive happenings to myself and my wife here. The sales staff, Rachel and Karen have recently extended an extensive plan and modified offering to a future resident by making several modifications to the offer which was above and beyond superior. It is typical of this retirement community! The restaurant staff has on many occasions extended outstanding help to us and other residents: * On a late (February 24, 2026) arrival past meal time one evening four of the serving staff noted our late arrival and showed concern and were willing to set out a light meal for us! * Nataly Siniora has made dietary modifications to my wife and I causing our physical conditions to improve. I have lost weight as a result. Another resident has seen particular help. THANK you! * Christi Luciano has paid specific attention to my unusual needs and consciously gone out of the way. Once offering her personal coat to my wife. * Douglas has on many occasions paid special attention to a certain need There are other extensively above and beyond attentions to us by: Adrian Petit Alvaro Escobar Pavela Kannady Afsun Elias (Contreras) Ramus Luis Herrera and please excuse me for misspelling and omissions of these wonderful individuals. We honor them!

As a resident here in Parc at Duluth, it is a pleasure living here. The staff is superb, the facility is absolutely clean, and all the residents are so sweet and so friendly. I also want to let you know, as I get older, I know I have an option to go to Personal Care if I need more help. There is so much to do here. For instance, yoga, group exercises, BINGO (lol), circle talk, wonderful entertainment, and soon water exercise (yes we have a pool and a jacuzzi). I speak for myself, and I’m sure others agree, I LOVE it here. I’m very fortunate to have found friends and happiness here.

My MIL is a new resident at the Parc. Every person we have come in contact with has been kind, caring, helpful, & considerate. We have met many different people in every department at the Parc; every single person is fabulous! Rachel & Carmen were nothing but exceptional! Call them, go by, & fall in love.

Yania is doing a great job of making improvements to this facility. It is obvious she truly cares about the residents and is making a positive impact.

The people here are friendly and welcoming (staff and residents). The food is excellent and of very good quality and variety and prepared deliciously. Great Chef here!! There are a number of activities that you can attend every day; exercise classes, crafts, music and entertainment, games like bingo, bridge, and dominoes just to name a few. There is a big pool to help keep people in shape. The building and your apartment are always clean. Concierge are always well informed on subjects/activities and someone is available around the clock. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful and have a very homey touch; activity spaces are lot like being in a house. I could highly recommend this residence for anyone. I've lived here for 6 months after trying other types of senior living in the last 3 years.
