Administration staff is very poor.

A facility address and/or apartment number is NOT protected health information! During the holidays, people who would be contacting/visiting their friends & family will be ‘looking’ for the assisted living residents who were ‘re-located’ to a wing of the campus memory center @ Parkway Village. During the upheaval of the pandemic, the last thing residents should have to contend with are more obstacles that increase isolation. Be proactive, figure out how to make these EASIER! Like meet & outline how resident ‘directory’ can be cross-referenced since there are at least THREE numbers I called, with not a single employee having information. It’s a mystery to all. Shell answers, they don’t know, general #, they don’t know. Third number, ‘that’s HIPAA’. Show me plz!?!
