PARKWOOD MANOR

Parkwood Manor is the worst assisted living facility that I have ever seen they are thieves my son just left there they stole his expensive TV his binoculars his clothing they let the residents take it for themselves and then when I acquire about it they hang up on me they don't want to hear what I have to say the staff is very rude and obnoxious and verbally abusive to the clients there's so much that's awful about that place I would never recommend a family member to live there the boss Sarah doesn't even speak English you try to talk to her she turns everything around like it's your fault she's part of that thieving crew I don't agree with it I'm fighting back I see why Pam left the job

The staff was very friendly, especially ShayShay. But the owner was not friendly and she did not speak English, only Afghani.
