PEARL AT DALLAS, THE

The Pearl at Dallas. I worked with Hailey- she is amazing! We have a very challenging family member who needed memory care. Pearl was so patient and really understood the level of care he needs to thrive. The facility is beautiful, clean and I liked the people are all super nice & helpful—. And they care.

We placed my father at the Pearl about 9 months ago. He loves it! The staff is wonderful and they really care about the residents. They keep the residents engaged with a wide variety of activities and events. We couldn’t be happier!

I have recently placed my husband here. I had so many emotions when I was doing this but thanks to everyone at the Pearl they made this transition easy. I know he is being cared for and has given me so much ease. I know I picked the perfect place. Their staff is caring and awesome. Instantly they became like family! Thanks to Hailey, Bree, Selena and everyone else!

This facility came highly recommended and we were not disappointed from the moment we got there. We immediately felt at home and, as we went through the tour, we were greeted warmly by every employee we encountered, some even with hugs! I love that they are devoted solely to memory care in this particular facility, so they know exactly how to handle each resident and their respective needs. My father signed a contract on the spot. More importantly, since he’s been living there, the level of care and service has not dropped at all. I am most impressed that they don’t impose visiting hours which tells me they are so confident in their staff that I could come up in the middle of the night and still see the residents treated with world class service. We are so grateful!

This place “The Pearl” has been amazing starting with our 1st visit. We were welcomed by Michael and he was very attentive to our request for assistance & information for placing our Mom here. Our move for her here was made with such great ease thanks to the guidance from the staff here. From day (one) we have felt so comfortable with the care and expert advice they have provided for Mom. I thank these people daily for the love and support Mom receives. All of the staff have shown great love and pride in their care for these residents
