The Phoenix at Milton is truly a wonderful senior living community! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional care for each resident. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are engaged, supported, and treated with dignity and respect. Their programming and activities create meaningful opportunities for connection and joy. If you’re looking for a senior living community that prioritizes both quality care and a family-like environment, I highly recommend The Phoenix at Milton. They are truly making a difference in the lives of the residents they serve.

Good leaders lead from the front, not the back. During this recent ice storm the leaders stayed overnight for several days along with their team members, to ensure that the safety and comfort of our loved ones were intact. Every single team member deserves accommodations for their sacrifices to ensure our loved ones were well taken care of. This is why we trust the care of my mom in the hands of such motivated professionals! Every single team member loves their profession and we consider each and every one a member of our family!

Wonderful care at The Phoenix. Modern, clean, comfortable and homey. Staff takes a sincere interest in all of the residents. Pretty environment, quality meals, excellent care. And I want to add, Phoenix staff and leadership had the recent ice storm handled beautifully. Everyone was safe, sound and well cared for. Thanks to everyone there!

My father lived at The Phoenix in Milton, GA, and our family was very disappointed with the level of care he received. He was promised support with acclimating to the community, but staff never followed through. He was often left confused and uncomfortable, especially at mealtimes, when he was repeatedly told to move from seats that weren’t even assigned. Instead of kindness, he was often met with impatience and even yelling from staff members. Basic services that were agreed upon — such as regular laundry and sheet changes — were neglected. Even though he had dementia and sometimes resisted care, the staff showed little compassion or effort to engage him in a supportive way. We expected a safe, respectful environment where he would be treated with dignity. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at The Phoenix. Families should be aware and ask very direct questions before placing a loved one here.

I found this community very quaint and peaceful. It’s tucked in a very quiet woody corner of Milton in the heart of a charming neighborhood. The facility was small and manageable compared to other huge facilities that have been difficult to handle. The sales director and staff were kind and friendly. Ms Albert was filled of warmth, joy and insight, which helped me feel calm and secure in choosing my future direction. The facility was beautifully decorated in natural pleasing tones with a rustic traditional vibe. The activities and food were comparable to other communities. The day of my appointment, Ms Albert arranged for a special visitor. A pair of brightly decorated llamas! I learned so much about them and I enjoyed the afternoon celebration with residents and staff.
