Wonderful place! My mother is very happy happy here. The employees are very friendly and caring.

I moved my dad in over a week ago and can’t say enough of how happy I am to have found The Phoenix. The staff is wonderful and my dad is settling in great! Other families have told me of how happy they are with them as well during my visits. Thankful and blessed to have forbid my dad the right home.

The compassion, care, knowledge and kindness of the leadership team at this facility is second to none. Lateesha met me very last minute, early on a Saturday morning, and toured the facility with me and answered my endless questions. I never felt any pressure, only concern that I do what was best for my parents. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have found a better place to live and flourish! Love the staff and all the happenings! Hope to make this my permanent residence for a long time! Thank you!

My Dad is at Phoenix at union hall and this place is a joke and not safe. They are so under staffed in memory care that people are being neglected. They blame everything on being under staffed, and I found this out from the nurses. The food is terrible!! The state came in and scored them a 43. That's so unexceptable. He's had rashes on his lower extremities that my mother's had to take him to the hospital. All the residents do is sit in front of a TV all That's where they put them. So please if you love your family member don't take them there please I beg you 😢 🙏. We're taking my Dad out of there as soon as possible.
