The staff, as well as the residents, are friendly and helpful. I don’t know how the staff does it but they know everyone’s name. It is a good place to live.

Ms.Cynthia, the hairstylist at Piedmont, is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she genuinely cares about every resident she serves. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, even when poor communication or scheduling issues are out of her control. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed. She’s an exceptional businesswoman who treats everyone with kindness and respect, and she’s always willing to do her best to make things work. On top of that, she creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—she truly lights up the entire building with her positive spirit. And of course, her work speaks for itself—she does amazing hair every single time! I can’t recommend Ms. Cynthia enough. She’s a blessing to the residents at Piedmont and anyone who has the opportunity to sit in her chair.

Thank you so much to John Michael for showing my parents apartments last week. The building is beautiful and so were the units we saw. We also had a nice meal in the dining room and the service was very good. Will circle back when the time is right.
