PINE LODGE RESIDENTIAL CARE

I think it’s easy to be skeptical of places like this but the new owners of Pine Lodge make you feel warm, welcome, and you can rest assured that your loved ones are in the best hands in the business! Always friendly staff, very clean, and neat! Would absolutely recommend Pine Lodge!!!

My Mother was there for 6 years(age 89 to 95) and received excellent care. Sue and her staff soon became family to Mom, my brother and I. The care Mom received was top notch. My brother and I both lived a few hours away and it was soon apparent that we had made the right choice by moving Mom there, we didn’t have to worry about her care and if she liked being there. She joined in all the games and activities planned for the residents. Cant say enough nice things about Pine Lodge!

My mother lived over 5 years at Pine Lodge, where she passed away. She made the decision to move there and it was the best decision she could have made. She loved it there. We were all so comfortable coming by anytime. She absolutely loved Sue and Randy and knew they loved her. There was always something going on and she took part in everything as long as she could. When I took her anyplace, she always walked in her room and with a big smile would say “home again”!! Her room was always spotless and food was great. It really was her home. We highly recommend Pine Lodge for anyone needing an assisted living facility. Linda Claney.

Gave 2 stars they did take good care of my mom but a few of the workers like to cause drama with my family . He said she said sort of thing. Which even caused more conflict. They told lies to my family .they also broke the HIPAA rules as well. So just be careful not everyone is your friend. But as far as my mom goes they were great with my mom..would i ever put another family member there absolutely Not.

If I could 10 stars I would. My father was cared for here until he passed away. Our mother is currently under the care and we not say enough of the tender loving care & concern they give her and always keep us in the loop on how she’s doing especially through these challenging Covid-19 times. Over and above care, today my mother had to be taken to the hospital when I called back to give the staff an update the owner Sue, says I’m going to head to Boliver your mother needs someone by her side and since all of you girls are out of state I’d be happy to go.
