PINE VIEW PERSONAL CARE FACILITY

I would not recommend Pineview Personal Care Home. There has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that has reportedly gone on for months with no effective resolution. Management under the new owners, Blake and Angela, appears largely absent unless there is an appointment with potential new residents. There is a strong sense that concerns are only addressed when profit is involved, rather than genuine care for residents’ well-being. The food quality is poor, and the same menu has reportedly been served repeatedly for nearly a year, showing little concern for nutrition or variety. Overall, the lack of consistent management presence, unresolved health issues, and poor quality of care are deeply concerning for anyone considering this facility for a loved one.

The staff is amazing. Caring , kind and attentive. The only downside is the place is infested with bed bugs. They have been battling them since February 2025. The new owners are not doing anything about them. The residents have bits all over them and their bed sheets are covered in blood speckles from them getting eaten alive wile they sleep. State has been contacted. For the price a month a resident has to pay there... They should be bed bug free.
