My mother had a horrible experience there. The previous management companies were good, but Navion really dropped the ball. They left my mom on the floor one night, and when I discussed it prior to moving her out, I was told that they "didn't leave her on the floor ALL night," like leaving her on the floor for ANY amount of time was acceptable. Beware!

The Christmas Party was awesome! Residents and their guests were treated to a homemade dinner served with love! The singing and drumming selection by the residents was very entertaining. The staff presenting all residents with individualized gifts was the icing on the cake! Pinewood Square is superb! Thank you for taking care of our loved ones!
