PLANTATION RIDGE

My husband and I were given a tour by Jasmin Baustista. She was very professional and friendly. Ms. Jasmin made us feel right at home. She was very warming and easy to talk with. She also answered all of our questions. We are looking forward in making The Arbors at East Cobb our future home.

Mr.Vernon was incredible with my dishwasher. The new ones been in the box for awhile and he came in tried to install but I had the wrong color so he left back out to find the right color and installed it super fast. I'm so grateful for his diligence and care.

I haven’t applied/moved-in yet, but I wanted to leave a review for Jasmin Bautista, who works in the leasing office. Jasmin gave me a tour of two units this past weekend and was incredibly friendly and personable. She’s been very helpful the last few days by keeping me informed of available units and everything The Arbors has to offer. She’s doing a fantastic job and I’ve really enjoyed my time working with her through the application process! Her presence and dedication made me feel that The Arbors would be a great place for me. Thanks Jasmin!

The staff is nice, it’s quiet, in a perfect location and they have nice amenities. These buildings are not at all. I switched apartments due to issues with my neighbors and while this new building is quieter. Now I have roaches and windows on my sunroom that need replacing. I’ve spent money buying bug spray, pest repellent, roach foggers ( I’ve fogged my apt. 2-3 times), had pest control come multiple times and I still have them. The entire building needs to be treated for pests, not just my unit. So just really do your research before moving here. I thought I did, but I didn’t do enough

This is a vile and disgusting apartment complex. Very incompetent and uninformed staff members. Several reports of stolen vehicles and vehicles being broken into(common stolen vehicles at this complex, Kia, Nissan, Toyota, and Dodges). If you a looking for a decent apartment complex as a first time renter or seasoned renter look elsewhere. Maintenance repairs take forever and the repairs are subpar and futile, issues will occur again. Just a all around horrible experience in this apartment complex. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!! You can do way better
