The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The facility is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful Brandi always welcomes you with a smile on her face. Jessica and sierra are very attentive and always willing to help out with any need that might arise.

Our mom “Moma Jane” was there for 2 years and I will say that we all loved and appreciated the love and care that was given to mom by the staff at Pleasant Valley. Unfortunately she passed away in December 13, 2024. I would say on her behalf that the meals were not exactly what she wanted but other than that all was good. We gave it a thumbs up

I have been coming to visit at this place going on 5 years now. It's a terrible place and they don't take care of their people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To be private and pay so much money. The girls open up cans of soup and that's all the home cooking they get. I could say more, I've kept quiet for way too long

My sweet grandfather-in-law was moved to this facility after getting poor treatment elsewhere. From the moment we toured pleasant valley we immediately felt like it was the right fit for him. The front porch, the garden, the home cooked meals & the activities/ involvement from the staff were wonderful. The communication was amazing!! We are so thankful our grandfather spent the last months of his life there. Some of the staff even showed up at the hospital to show their love & support in his final days- it meant SO much to us. We highly recommend pleasant valley!!

Not as sterile as most assisted living facilities and does not have the staff turnover I've seen in another facility. My dad is well cared for and is very happy with the food, and the "homey" atmosphere fits his personality. The staff cares about and keeps me updated on his needs.
