Walked the entire building before I found anybody who works here. Unbelievable

While Pleasent View Care in Whiting, IA provides a wonderful and compassionate staff. My friend that stayed there until his passing last October was elated with his care. However, a year later they are sending us a bill for $900.00 stating that we have to pay it. They were aware that they cleaned his bank accounts out and no more funds are available. The individual that passed was a family friend of 30+ years but we are not responsible for paying his balance due. According to PV we are responsible to pay it which is ridiculous. I even had to pay them back the monies that he gave me for moving him from Florida to Iowa.
