We cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mother received during her over two-year stay at Pond View Manor. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with the utmost kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Mom was always engaged in various activities, from chair Zumba to sing-alongs with guest singers. These activities brought her joy and kept her spirits high. The staff at Pond View Manor are truly remarkable. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels cared for and valued. Their dedication was especially evident when our mom was on hospice care. Someone was always by her side, providing comfort and support during those difficult times. This level of care and attention reassured my sister and me that mom was in the best possible hands. Pond View Manor is indeed a hidden gem. The facility is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff's genuine love for their work shines through in everything they do. We wholeheartedly recommend Pond View Manor to anyone seeking top-notch care for their loved ones. Thank you, Pond View Manor, for making our mother's last year’s comfortable and full of love.

I am so very grateful for the excellent care the staff and administration at Pond View Manor is providing for my Aunt. I would not trust anyone else with her care. My Aunt is treated like family, they have her best interest in mind at all times. I am so impressed by the beautiful home and the surroundings and I know my aunt is comfortable and feels at home there, she is responding beautifully under their care. My Aunt is not just a patient at this home as she was in the other facility, she is treated like family with respect, kindness and always a smile! I also appreciate their kindness and guidance to me and my family during a difficult time in our lives! THANK YOU to the kind, wonderful people at Pond View Manor!!!!

This is a wonderful facility to place your loved one. They have a caring staff, daily activities, entertaintainment, and great meals. The residents are well cared for. The place is very clean with a beautiful deck where residents can gather to sit, communicate, and watch the birds.

A wonderful place great caring staff and home cooked meals. Actlivies are done daily and entertainment on Saturdays. Bring your loved one here they will be well taken care of just like home.

BEWARE Mother there for respite care x4 weeks. Removed after 2 weeks due to numerous complaints and dissatisfaction with services and disappointing discussions with administrator such as watered down juice, stale donuts, Cheerios 4- 5 days a week, and menu not adhered to. Wound care and blood draws done in the dining room while other clients were eating. Not allowed to nap in her room, found by me asleep on living room couch, etc Not allowed to shower or flush toilet upstairs Respite care fee $185/day per contract. Paid $12800 on admission for semi private room in case Mom wanted to stay long term. Overcharged by $7,010 and refuses to refund. l do not recommend this facility as things are not what they appear or unless you want to be overcharged and spend $685 71/day.
