Prairie house has been a great place for my mom. The activities ( Solene, Maggie and others fantastic ) are wonderful and she looks forward to them. If she forgets what’s going on during the day they come to her room and tell her. The activities is what keeps her going. The care staff help her so much. Her group of ladies in the dining room are a hoot.

I had the pleasure of attending the Christmas market at this establishment. The activities director who ran the event did an amazing job! The decor was absolutely beautiful! The vendors were not only awesome but also stationed perfectly for walking around. The holiday spirit was definitely alive in there. And to top it all off, my kiddos loved hanging out and taking free pictures with Santa. It was definitely one of the best indoor markets I have ever been to.

My mom has lived at Prairie House for the past 18 months. During that time, there has been an incredible amount of care provided to her. From a family perspective, I value not only the hands-on care she receives, but the administrative support I receive from the PH Leadership. Specifically, Kim Evans, the business office manager, has been a partner in planning, sharing and keeping my family engaged from both and current and future financial perspective. Each time I see her in the community, speaking to residents, sharing a story or even pitching in to serve lunches - I know there is a team behind the care for my mom and all of the other residents. When I leave at the end of the day, I know even though I can’t be there with my mom everyday, Kim will be. What an asset to the community and company! Thank you!!!

This is my mom. She raised me, supported me, encouraged me and was my greatest champion. As she aged, she needed us to become her champion when she couldn't make critical decisions for herself. No one wants to travel down this road, but like other families, my mom needed more acute care than we could provide for her in her home or ours. We looked a SEVERAL communities in the Tulsa-area and we chose Prairie House. No matter what anyone tells you when you tour or talk people, no one is perfect. However, the team at Prairie House are as close as I can find. From the leadership by Zach, back office and billing/Long Term Care Insurance needs handled by Kim, lifestyle and activities (which are above and beyond) by Solene and Tasha, the culinary team led by Chef Mel and of course the countless members of the care team including Victoria, Piper, Sally and many, many more. Prairie House has done a great job with making sure my Grandma is taken care of and happy. After my Papa passed away, we gave her the option of staying there or going somewhere else. She was adamant that she wanted to stay with her friends who take care of her. The office staff is always really helpful and do everything they can to provide peace of mind for the residents and their relatives. The nurses and aides are all great people too. Thank you guys for all that you do for my Grandma. Thank you for all that you did for my Papa, even on his stubborn days.
