Presence Fox Knoll

My mother has lived at Fox Knoll Village for several years. During all the time she has been here, the staff has always treated her with kindness and respect. By now the staff is like family to me. Everyone who works here is simply wonderful. I am sure that you will be able to find other retirement facilities that are more expensive than Fox Knoll Villages. I am not so sure that you will be able to find a facility that has kinder and more caring staff than the staff at Fox Knoll Village.

Fox Knoll staff are so loving to the residents and take such good Care of them! They have made many improvements and offer wonderful activities for the AL and Memory Care residents. My mom has been a resident there for 4 years and they take wonderful care of her every day!

My mom has only been there for 4 months but in that time everyone has been helpful, kind, and considerate. The facility is very clean. And she's made friends already due to the activities that are always going on. Highly recommend.

My mom lived in independent living there for 9years. I made an appointment on 6/14 with the ED for 6/20 to tour the assisted living side as Mom needs more care. The ED not only did not show, she did not call me to offer an apology or excuse. I was given her business card by the bookkeeper and told I could call the ED if I'd like another appointment. The bookkeeper showed me one room that had a hole in the ceiling. I was never treated so unprofessional and disrespectful. Not for my mother.

I cannot say enough good things about this place.Mom and dad lived in Independent living for 3 years ,and recently moved to Assisted. The staff is very caring. I have never felt they were not getting quality care. In addition, the activity staff puts the place off the charts.
