Great outgoing crew! Made visitors feel welcome to see patients staying there. Food seemed plentiful and the patients had good choices to eat.

I so love this facility it’s very clean wonderful pt to Cna ratio residents are very nice staff is very friendly and helpful supplies is unlimited overall 10/10

If I could give this place no stars I would my grandpa was there for a 5 day respite stay he is on hospice the nurse tried to assault me they wouldn’t give me the nurse name they say she’s through a agency the nurse . They banned me today because my grandpa fell out of bed at 5am and failed to call me or my mom to report and lied and said they did. The director Trisha and very rude and not wanting to help. But said they were afraid for them and the nurses. This place needs to be shut down!!!!! Terrible people disgusting place! This was supposed to give me a break for 5 days but was nothing but a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a visitor of one of the patients, I was so impressed with the lovely Christmas party! The dining room was festive and the staff was cheerful and attentive. The live musical entertainment was very good. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Well done!

Great Care and Great Staff!!! My mother resided at the Lodge, then Shelter Care, then Skilled Nursing during the last 4 years of her life. It was a perfect place for her to live out her final years.
