Prime Assisted Living

Our mom was there for just under a year the staff treated her well, the accomodations were satisfactory. Our only issue was the corporate office. After our mom died, we tried to get some of our deposit back. They charged us exhorbant amount for cleaning, which was paid for weekly, and we were told that large items could be put next to the dumpster. They did not say they were going to charge us an extreme amount to haul it to the dump, which we would have done for a lot less cost. Although the manager said we should get a good portion of the deposit back, we got nothing. So if you are looking to place your family here, be aware that you will probably never see your deposit come back to you.

Do not visit anyone here if you are a little sleepy. If you doze off they will accuse you of taking residency for the the night & call the cops to remove you before your family can even get 2hrs of visit time in. Clean place tho
